Security & Trust
PLX Network aims to earn trust by collecting little, protecting what it holds, and being straightforward about how mining works.
Minimal data, by design
An account needs an email address, a password and a username. We do not ask for government ID, selfies or other identity documents today. Identity verification (KYC) is planned for a later phase of the roadmap. When it is introduced, we will announce it in advance, explain what we collect and why, and update our Privacy Policy before collecting anything.
How accounts and balances are protected
- Encrypted connections – data moves between the app and our servers over encrypted channels
- Server-side calculation – session rates, bonuses and credits are calculated on our servers, not on your device
- Per-account access rules – database rules limit each account to its own records, and team access is restricted
- Safer profile pictures – uploads are screened automatically, stripped of hidden metadata such as location tags, then resized and re-encoded before storage
Fair play
One person, one account. Bots, scripts, multiple accounts and fake referrals are prohibited and may lead to restrictions, and usernames that imitate staff or promise giveaways are rejected. PLX Network staff will never ask for your password.
Your account, your choice
You can delete your account from Settings → Delete Account at any time. Personal data is removed within 30 days of a request, apart from minimal records kept for fraud prevention or legal reasons.
Honest about risk
No system is perfectly secure. PLX shown in the app is a balance recorded by PLX Network and has no guaranteed monetary value, and nothing on this site is financial advice.
