This permanently removes your PLX Network account, balance, and KYC data. Please read before continuing.
This action cannot be undone. Deleting your account removes your mining balance, session history, referral network, and stored KYC documents. It cannot be restored afterward.
Log in to the account you want to delete. Make sure you have your password on hand — you'll need to confirm it later in this process.
Tap the menu icon in the bottom navigation, then select Settings from the list.
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap Delete Account. You'll see a summary of what will be removed.
Enter your account password to verify it's really you, then confirm the deletion request.
We start secure deletion of your account data and KYC documents in line with our Privacy Policy. Some records may be retained briefly where required by law.
If you're locked out of your account and still want it deleted, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll verify and process the request manually.
