These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our cloud mining app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the App
- You must provide accurate information during signup and KYC verification
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
KYC Requirements
KYC documents are used only for verification and stored securely until verification is complete.
False or fraudulent KYC submissions may result in account suspension.
Mining & PLX Tokens
- The App provides cloud mining of PLX tokens
- PLX tokens earned in the App are virtual only and do not represent real cryptocurrency or monetary value unless we explicitly state otherwise
- We may change, limit, or reset mining rewards at any time
By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App in accordance with the law, these Terms, and acceptable-use guidelines. It is prohibited to:
- Alter or modify the App, or circumvent or tamper with its security features
- Use the App for illegal activities or those that harm the property, rights, or interests of PLX Network or third parties
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly communicate the App or its contents without authorization
- Collect data from other users, send spam, harass others, or infringe intellectual property rights
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the App
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account — see our Delete Account page for the steps. KYC documents are deleted after verification unless required by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Users are advised to review these Terms periodically.
