The short version

We collect only what we need to link your PLX Network account, verify your platforms and pay rewards.
We never ask for your social media passwords.
We don't sell your data, and Creator Hub shows no ads.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Who we are

PLX Creator Hub ("the app") is operated by PLX Network ("we", "us"). This policy covers the app only. The PLX Network mobile app and plxnetwork.com may have their own policies.

What we collect

From your PLX Network account. When you link your account you enter your 8-digit ID and username. We check them against PLX Network's records and receive your registered email address and your name, if you have set one.

What you give us. A password (our authentication provider stores it hashed, so we cannot read it), the platforms you add (platform name and profile URL), the verification codes you enter, and the posts you submit (post URL, post type and the view count you claim).

What the app creates. Submission status, review decisions and rejection reasons, reward amounts, and the notifications we send you.

Automatically. Technical logs such as IP address, app version and timestamps, created by our hosting and authentication provider when the app connects.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, or payment card details.

How we use it

Confirm your identity and sign you in with email one-time codes.
Check that you own the platform accounts you add.
Review your submitted posts and decide rewards.
Credit approved rewards to your PLX Network balance and show them in your transaction history.
Send in-app notifications about reviews and rewards.
Prevent fraud, fake views and duplicate submissions, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

PLX Network systems. Your ID and the approved reward amount, so your balance, transaction history and notifications can be updated.
Our review team. Reviewers can see your profile details, linked platforms and submissions.
Service providers. Supabase provides our database, authentication, server functions and the emails that carry your one-time codes. Google Fonts delivers the app's fonts, so Google can see your device's IP address when fonts load.
Legal and safety. When the law requires it, or to protect our users and prevent fraud.

The post links you submit point to content that is already public. We open them to check your submission.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections. Database rules limit you to your own records, and team access is limited to reviewers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days. We may keep minimal reward records (amounts and dates) for accounting, fraud prevention and legal reasons, for as long as needed for those purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@plxnetwork.com. To delete your account, follow the steps on our delete account page. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, or to receive a copy of your data. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

The app is not for anyone under 18. If we learn we hold data from someone under 18, we will delete it.

International processing

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
